Hello, everyone!
I've got a few of things I'd like to talk about in this life update:
1st thing-My sudden and lengthy disappearance.
It's been quite a while since I've last spent any real time on Deviantart, and the reason for that is I went to see Leilani(my little sister) but before that I got sick December 25th and didn't get better until a few days ago. I got so ill in fact, that I was in and out of the hospital(wracked up quite the set of hospital bills...haha) getting emergency fluids because no matter how much I tried I couldn't stay hydrated because of how high and long lasting my fever was. My heart was literally in danger a couple of times while I was in the hospital, it was a bit of a scary experience.
I spent most of my time in a friggin sickness induced coma and finally after almost a month got well enough to semi-function. I'm still not completely 100%, but I'm slowly crawling my way to good health. With enough effort I hope to get back into the swing of things here.
2nd thing- A surprise move.
Yup, while I was super sick my mom sprung the fact that she had gotten a place in south florida and she and Leilani were moving back to Florida in the coming weeks. She also told me I was going to go with them. Seeing as I have nowhere else to go, I reluctantly agreed. The move will be taking up quite a bit of my time for the next couple of months so you may not hear much from me until things get settled.
3rd thing- My birthday is on the 8th of February.
That's right, my birthday is this coming Thursday and I'll be turning 25. If anyone wishes to do something nice for me for my birthday please consider a small donation to my PayPal. It's not for me, as usual, it's for Leilani. I'd like to pay for at least two therapy sessions for her seeing as she will no longer have insurance in Florida for a little while and still desperately needs her therapy sessions after the whole "sexually assaulted by a grown man" thing. Howdy, everyone!
I know I've been away for ANOTHER 80,000 years, but life has been a whirlwind of change, both good and bad. It swept me up and tossed me to and fro, but I'm finally settling down and getting back into the swing of things.
Unfortunately, I can't jump back into anything really group related, as I'm currently focusing all my time on earning money to help my little sister with therapy and breathing treatments until she gets insurance. I start work soon, but until then I'm going to be taking some commissions to help bring in some funds in the meantime.
Hence this journal and me finally getting to the point!

Poro's Late Christmas Wish.
It's 10:25 pm here and I'm writing this journal on my phone because a desperate sense of urgency overcame me and I just couldn't ignore it anymore.
If any of you know me, you know my little sister is my whole world. She is my sun, moon, and every star in the night sky.
Well, if you saw my status you know she had a really terrible Christmas. Which absolutely breaks my heart into the tiniest of pieces.
After the sexual assault incident a few months ago she's been struggling to cope and I wanted Christmas to be special and perfect for her because she deserves it.
The fact that it wasn't and she spent an hour crying on the phone to me has me
PKMNATION: Poro Can't draw for sh!t SALE.
Welp, I've spent the afternoon attempting to draw some of the kids I still have in PKMNation and it's been a disaster, to say the least. I still have so many designs I bought on impulse because they were either really cute or I thought I had big plans for them. Not once did I ever stop and think "maybe I should try to draw these first before I buy them."
Normally I just put my inventory in the journal and say "go nuts." but I always get a bunch of people who get excited and don't read the rest of the journal to see who is available and who isn't, so I'm just gonna list them all here.

Nice to hear from you again, Poro! The sudden move is pretty, well, sudden, but at least you have a place to stay for the time being. I hope you recover to full health soon and that You're able to get some funds for Leilani. Best wishes!
